The workout is designed specifically for climbers, using a “challenge by choice” approach—meaning every movement can be scaled up or down to match your level. You’ll target foundational muscle groups using calisthenics, bodyweight training, and the unique tools available at The Scratch Pad.

Bodyweight strength work
Kettlebells, weight plates, and other functional tools
Ice tools and climbing-specific movement patterns
Techniques to push through the pump and keep climbing efficiently
Training that supports both indoor and outdoor performance—rock, ice, or mixed
